Take in the entire band thanks to the 16 mic and line inputs found in the Tascam US 16 x 08 USB interface for Mac, Windows and iOS systems. Eight ultra-HDDA microphone preamps deliver up to 56 decibels of gain, with two switchable line inputs for direct guitar or bass recording. Eight balanced line outputs send audio signals out, and two have a level control on the front panel for monitoring performances. If you don't need a mixer, this equipment works as a standalone mic preamp. Through the rear panel, USB 2.0 drivers sync with an iPad, while MIDI input and outputs are also there. If you prefer analogue recording, there are analogue input/outputs for that type of application as well. Set this equipment on your desktop stand or hang this on your rack with the included rack ears. All eight XLR mic inputs have switchable, 48-volt phantom power to use up to eight condenser mics simultaneously. This works perfectly for vocals, acoustic instrumentals or amp inputs for an entire band's worth of audio adrenaline.
