You are entitled to return your product to receive a refund or exchange within a week of purchase if your product is either:
- Physically damaged.
- Does not do what it is intended to do.
Over a week after purchase, your product can still be returned to us, however it must be repaired by our suppliers under warranty. The length of time for warranty repairs do vary, we will however try to keep you informed and up-to-date throughout the process.
A few other points to consider:
- Unfortunately we do not refund for a simple change of mind.
- Scarlett Music reserves the right to decline any returns that do not comply with our store return policy.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you require a return for whatever reason, contact us to request a return of your item. We only accept returns if your product is in original condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
