The DIMARZIO 54 PRO DP408V Guitar Pickup is a high-quality pickup designed for versatile performance across all positions of your guitar. Featuring a 4-conductor wiring system, this pickup utilizes a special grade of Alnico 2 magnet, which not only enhances the tonal quality but also reduces string pull, allowing for a more balanced sound. With a resistance of 7.75 Kohm, the 54 Pro delivers a warm, smoky sound that fattens up beautifully when played aggressively. Introduced in 2006, the Virtual Vintage® 54 Pro builds on the innovative technology of the Area 58™ and Area 61™ pickups. It replaces the previous Virtual Vintage® 54 and VirtuAL 2® middle pickups, ensuring a dead quiet performance characteristic of all Virtual Vintage® models.
