New HT-20R MK III – Inspiration from practice to performance Since it was first introduced, the award-winning HT range has been one of Blackstar’s cornerstone valve amp series. Its focus on pristine tone in a compact package made it a mainstay in the homes and studios of many professional and budding musicians. After tireless refinement, research and design we are now proud to introduce the brand new HT MK III range of valve amplifiers. The HT-20R MK III amplifiers retain all of the renowned features of the previous series along with the introduction of our world-class DSP speaker simulator CabRig, which allows guitarists to choose between 100s of different cabinet, mic, mic placement and room settings. These settings can be saved and stored into 3 presets which can be recalled directly from the amplifier. Along with these new cutting edge features, the new HT-20R MK III amplifiers bring a strikingly more modern aesthetic design to the table that looks as good as any premium boutique amplifier. The new panel has a clean, crisp look and cornerless covering, which combined with classic chickenhead knobs and a new paper fret will make these amplifiers stand out. On top of these new boutique aesthetic upgrades, we have introduced high quality mini toggle switches, updated the LED colours and swapped out the plastic logo for a new metal plate version. The HT MK III are without a doubt the best looking and sounding amplifiers in this category. FS-16 Footswitch The included 2-way FS-16 Footswitch enables easy access to all Channels and Voices.
