The figurines are made of recomposed stone – alabaster and marble powder combined with the durable binding properties of resin. Each figure displays a level of detail that sets them apart from all others.  
The artisan workshops have been operated in Volterra by three generations of the Sculptor’s family for over 60 years.

Composer busts from the original models created by world famous sculptor, Cav. Arnaldo Giannelli, in the Tuscan city of Volterra – the heart of Italy’s alabaster district. 

The busts are made of recomposed stone – alabaster and marble powder combined with the durable binding properties of resin. Each figure displays a level of detail that sets them apart from all others.  

The artisan orkshops have been operated in Volterra by three generations of the sculptor’s family for over 60 years.
