This blend gives Ultramag strings more power, sustain, and a longer string life than traditional nickel or steel strings. Ultramag strings deliver a strong output with pronounced mid and low frequencies – perfect for powerful baselines and driving riffs. We use type 52 alloy designed for use in the aerospace industry allowing Ultramag strings to maintain their tuning in the most extreme environments.
