Description

In the run-up to the Schumann Year 2010 Reimann now presents one of the standard works of clarinet literature in a tonally sublime arrangement for clarinet flute harp and two violas in which Reimann has left the original solo part completely unchanged. Reimann wrote the arrangement for the clarinettist Jrg Widmann as a proof of their joint admiration of Schumann. The world premiere took place at the renowned chamber music festival Spannungen in Heimbach in June 2009.
