He then introduces you to all of Reason's on-board synths and demonstrates the fundamentals of sequencing and how to record and edit using MIDI. You'll create realistic-sounding drum parts and add bass loops, pads and lead lines, plus you'll work with the Arpeggiator. In the mixing segment, you'll explore Reason 7's powerful Combinator, including the fantastic MClass mastering suite combo. You'll learn how to add EQ and compression, insert effects, and how to apply automation.
