The mini SCF (SUPER CHORUS Flanger & Pitch Modulation) tributes to TC Electronic's Stereo Chorus Flanger, one of the best modulation pedals ever made since 1976. NUX's modern-tech DSP yields a perfect combination of both worlds: analog and digital. To achieve all of the objectives, our engineers had to develop an algorithm that mimics the principles of BBD chips - the key component of Analog Chorus effects. Quality-grade BBD chips in large mass have become incredibly rare, so this method is not practical for making an affordable analog chorus device.. When the multiple delay signals are mixed with the original signal, a soft and wide sounding modulation effect is created P.M.: A combination of chorus and pitch vibrato which creates a "light" chorus sound FLG: A flanger is based on the same principle as a chorus, although here the signal can be regenerated (like adding feedback on a delay) creating a more distinctive sounding effect Mini SCF offers True-bypass and Buffer-bypass (Trails), just hold the footswitch to boot-up the pedal (do not connect USB). The footswitch indicator will show you the bypass status.
