Description

Patrick Hawes’ Factum Est Silentium was composed in 2013 and is dedicated to Andy Berry. In this five minute piece the SATB chorus and solo Violin combine to create a majestic soundscape. The words speak of the Archangel Michael saving heaven from the serpent, with the Violin lines depicting the serpent itself.
