In 1961, the suntones became the 23rd Barbershop Harmony Society International Quartet Champion. They went on to become one of the most beloved quartets in teh Society's history and were inducted into the BHS Hall of Fame in 2005. Best of the Suntones honors this groundbreaking quartet by making nine of their signature arrangements available together for the very first time in print. Primarily arranged by the quartet's extraordinary tenor, Gene Cokeroft, this collection also features two arrangements from Walter Latzko, and two from early Suntones member, W. A. (Bill) Whyatt.
